Carolina Chica

Background, Interest, Experience:
Carolina has for the past seven years worked with decentralization, local development and territorial public finance. She is currently working for the Colombian National Planning Department in a municipal Performance Based Budgeting project. She is also a lecturer at the Externado de Colombia University.

Carolina has previously worked as a consultant for UNDP LAC SURF in Panama and GTZ in Colombia.

Education:
Carolina holds a Degree in Government and International Affairs from the Externado de Colombia University, Colombia, and a Masters Degree in Public Management from the Potsdam University, Germany.
