Fredy Guayacan

Background, Interest, Experience:
Fredy has worked in international co-operation for the last five years. He is currently working at the Department of Economic Development in Bogota, and lectures Macroeconomics at the Universidad Central. As part of his professional experience he has also worked with the Local Economic Development Team at the ILO Head Quarters in Geneva, as well as with the Unit for Institutional Reform, UNDP in Panama.

Education:
Fredy holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Economics from "La Sapienza" of Rome and a Master of Science in Economics from Gothenburg University.
